The choirs at St. Joan of Arc lead the worshipping assemblies in song at Sunday Masses and other major festivals and rites. There are currently four distinct parish choirs: the Parish Choir that sings at the Sunday 9:30AM liturgy, the Elementary School Children’s Choir that sings at the Friday 8:15 AM Mass (during the school year) as well as the monthly Family Mass on Sunday at 11:30 AM, the Teen Music Ministry (which consists of a choir members and instrumentalists) that sings twice per month at the 7:00pm Mass on Sunday evenings, and the Resurrection Choir which sings at funerals. The choir season runs from September through Corpus Christi. Instrumentalists are also welcome to play with the choirs when appropriate. The music ministry is open to all registered parishioners. There are no auditions, but members are expected to attend weekly rehearsals.
