The Marriage Preparation program is designed to assist engaged couples for the sacramental celebration of their marriage, and to prepare them for the life long commitment of husband and wife as envisioned by the Catholic Faith. This program is offered three times a year on a Sunday following the 8:30 Mass and concluding in late afternoon. It is facilitated by a team of married couples who offer presentations, lead discussions and invite personal  sharing and prayer. The presentation include such topics as the sacramental nature of marriage, communication, sexuality and Natural Family Planning. Attendance at one of these days or one comparable to it, is required by the Diocese of Joliet prior to marriage.
